The VIP airport assistance and car transfers in Shanghai were handled efficiently and the whole trip ran smoothly. If there was any uncertainty, this was checked by ACS and then reconfirmed. ACS come highly recommended and we will certainly continue to use them, for both VIP and regular visits.

We enjoyed an excellent service from China Car Service. We tried, unsuccessfully, to book a car to take us to the Airport through our Hotels Concierge, however, they were unwilling to assist us. We looked on the internet for a service provider and found China Car Service. We advised our requirements, received a quotation, agreed, booked and advised the pick up time and location. China Car Service was there, right on time, in a modern van, which could take four executives and their luggage. Thank you China Car Service, you were excellent.

Worry free!

We booked a transfer from our hotel in Shanghai to Pudong airport along with the VIP concierge meet and greet service. Our very pleasant driver was waiting in the hotel lobby and took our bags.The vehicle was immaculate. The car was met outside departures by the concierge who loaded our bags onto a trolley and took us to a small private waiting area until check in opened. He then escorted us through all the formalities and took us to a lounge. When our boarding time came we were escorted to the gate. We didn't have to handle our luggage from the hotel lobby until baggage reclaim in London. It was so smooth and easy we were very pleased we had used China Car Service and will certainly do so again for any future trips. An excellent, first class service and worth every penny.

Good service!

Our driver was at the Airport to pick us up and even though we were delayed for over an hour and he had been trying to get in touch with us he waited until we came out and delivered us to the hotel. Great service. We then got picked up from the hotel on time and arrived at the boat terminal on time. I would recommend China Car Service for transport in Shanghai.

More than Five Stars – EXCELLENT! I’m not familiar with the language or the area that I was traveling to on business. China car service helped me from my arrival gate, through customs and all the way to my hotel which was 2 hours away. The return back to the airport, through customs and back to the gate was escourted with the assistance of China car service. Both, the arrival and departure went smoothly because of China car service. I was also very impressed with their communication. They were immediately responsive to any of my questions, and they sent me updates of my schedule which was very helpful. I would highly recommend this service to anyone traveling in China. I wish I could give them more than five stars. They are excellent… I highly, highly recommend them!!

I selected the car service with VIP. The team coordinated person to be at my plane to escort me from the plane through customs to baggage and to my driver. With my plane 20 hours late, I was worried about how this would work out and I was happy to see it worked out without a hitch. When I got off the plane, I saw the sign with my name and I buzzed through without any hangups. The driver was also great moving me through town to my hotel. It was a great start to a great visit and will absolutely be coordinating with them again when I go back.
